Murray, Lily : Mr Badger's Christmas Wish

A first fun and festive lift-the-flap tale, from Lily Murray and Julia Woolf, Mr Badger's Christmas Wish is the perfect gift for little ones to enjoy this Christmas.

With Christmas Day approaching, the woodland animals are merry with festive cheer. There's singing and sledging and everyone's excited. All except for Mr Badger. He has just one wish . . . for Christmas to be banned!

Can the animals help Mr Badger find his Christmas spirit before Santa Bear arrives?

An ideal Christmas present for toddlers, this big-hearted rhyming story tells how one little fox cub helps a rather grumpy badger to fall in love with Christmas. Packed full of non-stop fun, with flaps to lift and presents to spot, it's sure to delight and keep little ones busy.

Über den Autor Murray, Lily

Lily Murray grew up in the wilds of snowy nowhere, spending much of her time making up stories. She has continued to do this in her adult life, and now writes both fiction and non-fiction books for children. Her titles include: Dinosaur Department Store and Hello Hotdog, Monet's Cat and Dinosaurium. For Macmillan she has collaborated with Julia Woolf to create Mr Badger's Christmas Wish and Little Bunny's Easter Surprise.

Julia Woolf is an animation artist turned illustrator. She spent twenty years working in animation, including twelve years at Dreamworks in the States. However, on having her daughter, the world of illustration began to beckon and a while after returning to the UK, Julia enrolled in an MA in Children's Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art, Anglia Ruskin University. Julia lives with her family in Kent, near the countryside, seaside and woods.
